I contacted Randy a week before Christmas because I saw a great special on furnace cleaning, all vents and ducts up to 1800 sq/ft and dryer vent cleaning on top of that for an amazing price. I am very very weary of deals like this because companies often charge less and then show up and do a sub par job.

I had a great straight forward conversation with Randy. He is professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and direct. All qualities I respect and appreciate so I took the chance and booked his next closest date.

The day before our appointment, Randy contacted me to let me know that there was an unexpected emergency and he was not able to make the appointment. I have often experienced this with hiring people in the trades and they don’t follow through.

Randy rescheduled me 48 hours later, and came in on his day off, in his words, “to make sure we were taken care of”. Randy and crew came in on time, worked meticulously for 2.5 hours to clean the vents of a house that had never had it done before :/ it was a very big job but they were fast professional friendly and worked at a very good pace around a dog, a Costco order coming in the house, and a busy family life.
